PideTuCarro (hereinafter "the company", "we"), reachable at ventas@pidetucarro.com, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through pidetucarro.com, in accordance with Panama Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection.

When you complete our quote form, we collect the following data:

  • Full name
  • WhatsApp number
  • Email address (optional)
  • City of residence
  • Vehicle model or type of interest
  • Approximate budget
  • Any additional message or information you provide
  • Session technical data: traffic source (UTM parameters) and referral URL

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your electric vehicle quote request.
  • Contact you via WhatsApp or email to handle your enquiry.
  • Improve our services and analyse the origin of requests (UTM data).

We do not use your data for unsolicited advertising or automated profiling.

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on the explicit consent you provide by checking the acceptance box when submitting the form, in accordance with Article 9 of Panama Law 81 of 2019.

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (Supabase), with access restricted to the PideTuCarro team. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

6. Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. The only service providers that process your data are:

  • Supabase — data storage (secure database).
  • Resend — internal email notification delivery.

Both providers comply with international data security standards.

7. Your Rights

Under Panama Law 81, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data.
  • Objection: object to processing of your data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and for an additional period of up to 2 years, unless you request deletion earlier.

This site uses marketing cookies to measure ad performance. You can accept or decline these via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Essential session data (UTM parameters) is processed at the time of form submission regardless of cookie preference.
